There are over 500 participants registered for the Run and Roll events.!

**Deadline to register is Thursday, May 4th at 11:59 pm,**

Day-of registration is available, but post-race food and finishers medals will not be available.

Last year, $148,000 was raised for the Erie Shores Hospice through the Run and Roll event.

There are options for everyone in your family!

— 25 km cycle – departs 8:30 am

NEW — 11 km slow-roll cycle – 9:00 am

— Road Runner Race Kids Dash (5-10 years) – 8:15 am

— Half marathon – 8:00 am

— 5 km run (adult and youth 14+) – 8:45 am

— 5 km run (under 14 years) – 8:45 am

— 5 km run/walk/stroll (not timed – 14+) – 8:45 am

— 5 km walk/run/stroll (not timed – under 14 years) – 8:45 am

And meet back at the finish line for food and beverages!
